AGRICAMPING/GLAMPING WITH STUNNING LAKE VIEW

Description

CASTELLETTO DI BRENZONE: Newly constructed rustic building, designated as an agricamping, awarded a "3 sunflowers" rating, on a plot of 50,000 square meters. Approved project for the realization of a GLAMPING with the possibility of placing 7 luxury chalets and 8 tent pitches ("Glamping").

The available pitches are spacious and offer a splendid view of the lake. The concept involves enhancing the terracing by taking advantage of the slope; various mobile houses and designer tents can be generously positioned at specific points, creating the effect of a "terrace over nothing". This solution will provide complete privacy for each living module. Within the agricamping, there are common facilities such as the existing ClubHouse, bathroom/WC facilities and shower cabins for men and women (to be constructed), a Finnish sauna and an herb bath (option to be realized), as well as an outdoor "infinity" pool with a panoramic view of the lake and a solarium with sun loungers and umbrellas.

In 2022, the construction of the country house on two levels was completed. Its foundations and double perimeter walls with a gap are directly anchored in the rock layer, ensuring unique solidity for the structure. The building has an energy efficiency class A+ and features complete thermal insulation, a portico, an insulated roof, underfloor heating, water-cooled air conditioning, and a panoramic terrace with a breathtaking 180° view of the lake and the estate. On the land, 12 terraces have been constructed with reinforced concrete walls covered in local stone, on which 200 cherry trees and 100 olive trees have been planted, all of which are productive.

Once the camping is realized, there is the possibility to build a structure called “CASA DEL CUSTODE” with a volume of up to 600 m³.
